Welcome to the 2020 RMACES Virtual Conference!

We are so happy you are joining us in this exciting new format for our bi-annual conference.

This conference promises to be full of socially-relevant material and

thought-provoking discussions.

Guide for Conference Attendees

  • To enter a session, click the link to the session that is available on the schedule provided in the RMACES Conference platform
  • Please put your name and e-mail address in the chat as the session begins to record your attendance at this presentation.
  • Please take care to mute yourselves during the presentation so the background sound does not create a distraction.  If you have a question, we ask that you put that in the chat function, and we will try to stay on top of monitoring that throughout the session.
  • We will be holding the Awards Presentation and Business Meetings asynchronously.  We are soliciting your questions and comments to be addressed at the Business Meeting here (deadline for submissions is October 3rd).  These events will be pre-recorded and available on this page.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: We have a dedicated Zoom room for technical issues.  If you are having difficulties, please stop by at any point and someone will try to get things back in working order. Join the Tech Support Room
