Job Talks

Are you looking for new talent?

Job recruiters may submit their position for a job talk.

RMACES can accommodate 18 job talks at the 2024 conference.
There is no additional cost to host a job talk.
Recruiters should submit a copy of their handout or job information in pdf form.
Job talks are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
RMACES cannot guarantee a certain day or time for a recruiter to host a job talk.
Job talks must be submitted by September 15th (or until space is full).
All job talks are in-person at the conference.

A job talk is a 30 minute, unstructured conference session.

During this session, the recruiters can answer questions and provide information to job seekers.

Are you looking for a new position?

Job seekers may submit their CV for job recruiters to review.

Please limit CVs to five pages or less.
File names should be Lastname_Firstname_Speciality (e.g., Madrigal_Bruno_School Counseling)
Make sure your CV submission is the final version. RMACES will not be able to update your submission after it is received.
CVs must be submitted no later than Sept 15th.

CVs will only be available to recruiters who submit for a job talk.

RMACES will not facilitate individual meetings between recruiters and job seekers.
